Let's face it speeches and four course meals are not exciting for kiddos!

Kids want:
Games....  Arts/Crafts.....  Entertainment.....  Movies....  Activities...... FUN!!

STL Wedding Sitters was started in June 2009 after reading an article on "Wedding Sitters" for weddings. This service interested my fiance and I but upon researching the company realized the Saint Louis/Southern Illinois areas had no available service.

As a previous early childhood teacher and educational consultant it seemed a natural step to explore starting a wedding sitting business. Having worked with a variety of children and families for over 20 years has only strengthened the foundation of STL Wedding Sitters. This knowledge of children with their likes/dislikes, selecting age-appropriate toys and activities and more is what makes each wedding and special event possible and successful.

The biggest and most exciting adventure of starting this business was learning the wedding industry. Weddings are very emotional and detailed, having knowledge and experience on how to provide a seamless, picture perfect event is essential. This is why I love attending high quality wedding and special event related workshops and seminars. I always walk away with a new perspective and loads of knowledge. To continually provide a high quality-high end service STL Wedding Sitters is a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC).
